Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information jujuGEO ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website, application, and APIs (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, work email, organization name, and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Customer Data — the brands, domains, and prompts you choose to track.
- Billing information — your subscription plan and billing status. Card details are entered directly on our payment processor's secure page; we never receive or store your full card number. We store only a payment token and the last billing result.
- Usage and technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions in the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.
- Measurement data — answers and citations we collect from public AI engines for your tracked prompts.
2. How we use information
We use information to: provide and maintain the Service; measure AI-engine visibility and generate analytics and recommendations; process subscriptions and payments; communicate with you (including email verification and service notices); secure the Service and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires, we process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Tranzila, a third-party payment processor, under their own terms and security standards (PCI DSS). Card data is collected on Tranzila's hosted page. We receive a tokenized reference used to process your recurring subscription, not your card number.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers who help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting, our payment processor, and email delivery), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; and authorities where required by law. We never disclose one customer's Customer Data to another customer. Aggregated, anonymized patterns that cannot identify you or your Customer Data may be used to improve the Service.
6. Data retention
We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records (for example, billing records) as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, tenant isolation, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time; we may still send transactional messages (such as billing notices).
9. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
