Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jujuGEO website, application, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
jujuGEO measures how brands appear inside AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini) and provides analytics and recommendations based on those measurements. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must verify your email address to activate certain features.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) track domains or brands you do not own or are not authorized to track; (b) misuse, probe, or attempt to circumvent the Service's security or rate limits; (c) resell or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted; (d) use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights; or (e) overload the Service or interfere with other customers.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor (Tranzila). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Plan limits
Each plan includes limits (for example, the number of tracked brands and prompts). Limits are enforced as neutral guardrails. If you exceed a limit, we may ask you to upgrade or may throttle additional usage.
6. Your data and ours
You retain ownership of the brand, domain, and prompt information you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to process Customer Data to operate and improve the Service. Measurements we collect from public AI engines, and the aggregated, anonymized patterns we derive across customers, are owned by us; we never share one customer's Customer Data with another. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party engines
The Service observes third-party AI engines that we do not control. Their availability, output, and policies may change at any time, which may affect coverage or results. We do not guarantee any particular visibility outcome.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, and features may occasionally be unavailable.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jujuGEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (including sections 6, 9, 10, and 12).
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
